Lora 2/14/19 - I wanted to share with you my experience with your company.I am in the process of purchasing a home in Seminole, Fl. and was given your number by a real estate agent I had met a few weeks ago. My first interaction was with Pat in the office. She was very friendly, we discussed the process, fees and set up our appointment. She called the day before our inspection day to confirm everything was still ok. Again, she was very pleasant.Inspection day arrived and Shawn, our inspector arrived on time. He presented himself in a professional manner and sporting a friendly smile. He told me he would start his inspection and when completed, he would go over everything. He then proceeded to go to work. He looked at everything examining every detail and took a large amount of pictures during his inspection showing his knowledge of what a thorough inspection should look like. Periodically, Shawn would take the time answer my questions even though he wasn’t finished. He made sure I had his full attention. I tried not to bother him too much because I know he was focused on making sure he provided me with the necessary information so I could move forward with my purchase.Once the inspection was completed, Shawn explained his 150 plus pictures he took and addressed any questions I had. He was very professional but very down to earth. I was treated more than just a client as we shared a few stories, adding that little extra “something” that separates just a company from a great company. He even gave me ideas of how to get the most of out this house.I was very impressed with my whole experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing an inspection. Class A company!

- For anyone considering Price Inspections for inspecting a home, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!Pat, Jennifer, and Shaun all went way out of their way to go above and beyond in assisting me and answering all of my questions, and I had A LOT!!I was looking to purchase a home in the Dunedin Florida area and am from out of state. Thank you for handling my mother’s 4 point Inspection & wind mitigation for her home owners insurance. One call I told the lovely lady who answered the phone what I needed and she handled everything. Told me the process and pricing. Everything went as planned and she sent the report to the insurance company and myself.
